Machine Training
PUWER Regulation 9, requires that every employer must ensure that all employees who use work equipment have received suitable and sufficient training and that their competency has been verified.
HSE Guidance recommends that they should also carry out refresher training every 3 to 5 years, to ensure that users are competent in the safe use of their equipment.
Our experienced consultants are registered to deliver qualifications such as the NVQ Safe Use of Machinery Certificates, and can provide a tailor made, on-site training session for you and your employees.
Depending on requirements, this includes assessment of competency, for experienced users and machine training for new users. Machinery can be hand tools, fixed, workshop based and portable.
